Description: I have bred and Rescued birds for way over 30 years starting with cockatiels. My first love is my male Umbrella and my male Moluccan. I hand raised my Umbrella from an egg and my Moluccan was my first Rescue. Due to some people impulse buying birds that they just dont understand who I admit, are way to cute as babies, and who do grow up, I started a Parrot Rescue/Sanctuary. We stay small enough that we can pet every bird everyday and they are all housed indoors. If they want to breed we let them and if they dont want to noone cares for them any less.

Description: I currently run a rescue, and what I do is breed the smaller birds in order to pay for everyone's feed, toys and medical (when necessary). It doesn't cover more than 1/2 of what I actually spend, but any little bit helps. I never turn a bird away, regardless of species, breed, size, etc. I even have room for an emu or rhea. I don't only accept parrots, I take ANY bird
